Programme Essentis

Voici le déroulé de la première session de motricité intensive suivie par Clara dans le centre Essentis.

    séance éprouvante
    Et voilà, la machine est en route.
    Première journée très éprouvante pour maman et très fatigante pour notre princesse.
    Elle a énormément travaillé, même au delà des capacités que je pensais qu’elle avait.
    Nous avons débuté par une première séance de 1h de découverte avec les intervenants qui ont testé sa capacité musculaire et l’ont bilanté. Puis nous avons fait 2h de motricité au sol et pour finir une heure d’ostéopathie durant laquelle Clara s’est littéralement endormie.
    Une bonne nuit s’impose.
    Demain, c’est balnéothérapie. Hâte de la voir bouger dans l’eau.

        Stimulation par électrodes
        Petit bilan de la journée : nous avons débuté pour une séance d’1h d’ostéopathie qui visait principalement à travailler sur l’ouverture de sa main gauche pour pouvoir se tenir assise par la suite avec les mains au sol. Puis nous avons fait 1h de motricité au sol avec des retournements et position assise.
        Après, Clara a eu sa première séance d’électrodes au niveau des bras pour travailler les biceps et triceps, toujours dans le but de tenir assise et soutenir sa tête. Elle fut très réactive. Et nous avons fini par une heure de balnéothérapie. Ce fut génial. Elle était métamorphosée! Elle a moins pleuré qu’hier pendant les 4h de stimulation, mais beaucoup en rentrant. D’épuisement et de courbatures, je pense.
        Voilà les nouvelles. Ce soir elle est plutôt bien et présente. Elle traîne même à se coucher 😉. Bise à tous et à demain pour de nouvelles aventures. Papa assistera à la séance demain et vous fera le compte rendu.

      Bilan du jour 3 : Clara a débuté par une séance de relaxation durant 30 minutes puis 30 minutes d’ostéopathie. L’ostéopathe à travaillé sur le transit et la déglutition. Un petit patch fuchsia lui a été mis au niveau de la gorge pour aider à la déglutition mais cela n’a pas l’air efficace sur Clara. Puis elle a une 2h de motricité au sol.
      Elle devait finir par une heure de piscine mais il y a eu un problème au niveau de la température de l’eau et Clara n’a pu en bénéficier. Ce n’est que partie remise. Habituellement, en rentrant à 13h30, Clara pleure beaucoup d’épuisement et ne mange pas. Aujourd’hui, pas de pleur et un repas correct avec un transit au top. Merci Essentis 😚. Elle fut bien toute la journée. Nous avons même eu le droit à un super sourire au couché.

    A la plage
    A la plage

    Bilan du 4ème jour: Clara a débuté par une séance d’acupuncture durant 30 minutes, puis une très grosse séance d ostéopathie qui fut très difficile et douloureuse. Clara a beaucoup pleuré.
    Elle a ensuite eu trois heures de motricité. La séance d’ostéopathie l ayant usée, Clara a beaucoup peine et n’arrivait même plus à pleurer tellement elle fut épuisée.Elle s’est endormie en voiture et n’a pas mangé ce midi. Réveil à 17h avec un gros goûté 🍪. Petite promenade à la plage avec jambes et pieds dans le sable, sensation étrange 😕. Et là elle est de nouveau présente avec nous.Voilà. Bonne soirée à tous et à demain pour de nouveaux progrès 💃💪💋

    Eveil du regard
    Eveil du regard

    Et voici déjà une semaine d’écoulée sur la programmation des 15 jours de cure. Ce bilan du 5ème jour est très positif et plutôt un signe prometteur pour la suite.
    Clara a déjà beaucoup gagné en tenue de tête mais également au niveau de l’ouverture de la main gauche ainsi qu’au niveau de l’éveil. Le programme de ce 5ème jour fut: 1h de balnéothérapie / 3h de motricité au sol.
    Nous avons eu des conseils de stimulation quant à la déglutition (je verrais avec vous Gaëlle, vendredi prochain lors de notre séance d’orthophonie) et l’éveil du regard. Nous avons eu aussi des conseils sur l’alimentation, le lait en particulier: il nous a été préconisé du lait d’amande, de chèvre ou de riz plutôt que du lait infantile ou de vache. A étudier. Je vous laisse juger par vous même des progrès que cette semaine intensive a eu comme bénéfices sur notre Princesse. Encore merci à tous. Repos ce week-end et c’est reparti lundi pour un renfort des bases et musculaire encore plus important.

    Notre petit bilan après ce 6ème jour de motricité à Essentis. Clara a débuté par une séance de 30 minutes d’ostéopathie suivi de 2h30 de motricité au sol. Puis elle a de nouveau vu l’ostéopathe 30 minutes et encore 30 minutes de motricité au sol.
    Une journée épuisante mais un travail accompli énorme.Elle a englouti son repas et est prête pour se coucher.

    Le strap du bras gauche

    Un petit coucou pour vous dire que Clara ne lâche rien. Elle se bat de jours en jours et gagne petit à petit du tonus. Clara a été muni d’un strap à son petit bras gauche afin de lui maintenir le poignet et la main droite. Cela fonctionne pas mal.
    Bilan de ce 7ème jour : 3h de motricite au sol / 1h de balnéothérapie.
    Elle gère mieux la fatigue que la semaine dernière. Quelques pleurs persistent mais des pleurs d’appréhension et de fatigue, pas de douleur. Son genou tient le coup. Il semblerait que ce soit plus ligamentaire d’après Essentis. Voilà pour le bilan du jour.

    Motricité au sol
    Bilan du 8ème jour : très positif Clara travaille de mieux en mieux.
    Aujourd’hui était une journée dédiée à la formation, nous n’avons donc pas pu prendre beaucoup de clichés. En voici un ou deux pris lors de la dernière séance. Nous avons débuté par une heure d’ostéopathie puis 3h de motricité au sol. Demain nous rencontrons l’orthopédiste pour la livraison de nos attelles de bras. Reste à acheter l’electro tens pour stimuler à fond à la maison en plus de nos manipulations 😉😚

1h de sol / 1h d’ostéopathie / 1h de sol / 30 minutes acupuncture et 30 minutes d’ostéopathie / stimulation neuro.
Clara est hs ce soir mais elle semble heureuse de ses réussites. Nous sommes vraiment très heureux des progrès accomplis. Encore merci à tous.

    Une vraie évolution, un réel éveil
    Et voici, la première cession de motricité intensive de 10 jours se termine.Un bilan plus que positif. Clara a trouvé l’usage de sa main gauche qui, jusqu’ici, était recroquevillée. Elle n’avait pas conscience de cette dernière et la laissait mourir.
    Aujourd’hui, elle bouge presque autant que la main droite et n’est plus dure. C’est génial !
    Au niveau de l’éveil, c’est également une autre petite fille, Clara nous regarde de plus en plus et s’intéresse à ce qui se passe autour d’elle. Son dos s’est beaucoup musclé, auparavant Clara s’écrasait lorsque nous la tenions assise alors qu’aujourd’hui plus du tout. La tenue de tête est incroyablement mieux. Avant notre séjour Clara posait sa tête sur son épaule. Depuis Essentis, Clara a compris ce qu’elle devait faire de sa tête et comment la faire tenir. Nous savons qu’elle est capable d’apprendre et de mettre en pratique plein de chose.Nous sommes conscient que le chemin sera long mais aux vues des résultats de cette première cession, nous sommes certains que tout est possible. Encore merci à vous tous pour votre générosité qui a permis de financer cette première cure et la seconde à venir en août prochain. Merci pour votre soutien et l’amour que vous nous transmettez. Merci pour tout ❤❤❤
    Pour cette année Clara ne pourra pas bénéficier de trois cessions de motricité à Essentis 👟.
    La programmation doit se faire plus d’un an à l’avance tellement les places sont prisées.
    Nous avons réussi à prendre une troisième semaines en août 2016. Les réservations pour 2018 sont déjà ouvertes, donc si nous voulons avoir de la place nous devons dors et déjà réserver. Malgré les manifestations organisées par les bénévoles de l’association, que nous remercions aussi grandement, les bénéfices restent minces. Nous appelons donc de nouveau à un appel aux dons afin de pouvoir financer les prochaines cures.
